When electrical equipment fails, it can cost you millions in lost production, income and customers. The problem must not only be quickly identified, it also has to be properly fixed. HVM technicians can troubleshoot and repair all makes and models of electrical assets including:

Transformers — Repair or replace leaking bushings, tap changer repairs and cooling fans.

Switchgear / Circuit Breakers — Repair or replace trip devices, racking mechanisms, meters and relays. Repair or replace damaged busbar.

Relays — Inspect wiring connections for proper tightness and other discrepancies. Inspect contacts for excessive pitting or burning and check for proper circuit continuity. Make repairs where possible.

Replacement Parts — Replace broken or worn out parts as required. Provide assistance for obsolete or hard to find parts.
