OSHA 10-Hour and NFPA 70E Outreach Training Course for Facility Personnel

Emerson Process Management and LP Management Services have teamed up to bring you a brand new 2-day training course. This two-day safety program bundles the areas that are most likely to cause a costly accident in your facility (OSHA general industry requirements and electrical accident prevention) and is specifically tailored to maintenance personnel working in a facilities environment. It includes an in-depth coverage of the OSHA 10 hour curriculum and the electrical safe work practices of NFPA 70E. Students will be instructed in OSHA policies and procedures as well as how to identify, quantify and mitigate those hazards encountered in facility environments. Additionally, an overview of how to implement NFPA 70E will be presented.

Who Should Attend?

Anyone who performs work on the electrical or mechanical infrastructure of commercial facilities will receive significant information that can be immediately put to use from this course. Additionally, supervisors, managers, safety personnel, and those responsible for ensuring a safe work environment should attend this course.

DAY 1
Our 2-day course will start off by exploring OSHA's 10 hour curriculum as well as discussing general industry safety and health topics.

DAY 2
Day two will cover the NFPA 70E arc flash requirements and the principles of arc flash protection and avoiding unsafe acts.
